Brilliant pics Os, very athmospheric.
What temps do you have there at the moment?
Well it is definitely above average a mere 85F/29.4C  I wonder if fall will ever end with temps like these. So warm that even the natives were out sun bathing:p See picture below…
That reminds me, she wants a handbag this year
Bit scary this Oz because I looked a few times at the shot but couldn’t see the wildlife until it was too late, no wonder they’ve been around so long
85F blimey. It’s 31F here in London. No crocodiles though so we might have the better deal. Lots of snakes in the City mind

Scotland’s gone all grey and brown at the moment, wet, no snow…
Here’s one from a more coloured time of year
Hopefully will get another one later this year, with a bit o snow n stuff.
Sporran
Awsome shot Sporran!
The Hidden Valley, Glencoe. One of my favourite places because when you get over the edge of the valley all sound of tourist buses and tacky pipers selling pictures disappears.
Brilliant pic Sporran, great weather conditions.
Where are you?
I was up there 4 years ago, not quite as nice a day, caught on camera munching a flapjack.
WTF is a flapjack???
It sound like I would never want to have one…
Portable Porridge
Nice one Joe,
That shot was kinda the highlight photographically of the day, bad weather was surrounding us but fortunately managed to avoid Bidean.
Your photo is far more typical of my Scots mountaineering experience.
This was taken on the same day, about 30 mins later. Looking toward the kings house end of the glen.
Looking at your photo and trying to place exactly where you are, just exited that grotty wee shattered red stone gully on the valley headwall ?
Sporran
PS: where am I… hiding behind the camera nice try
Too shy, too shy.
Lovely pic. It’s a great place to be in the Winter.
23:10 - Its Snowing!!!
11:30 - Its Raining…
Well i went out with the camera before the rain got all the snow…HAH!
These were all taken at an old ex-WWII USAAF Airbase in Mourne Park. It was known as Greencastle Aerodrome during the war and flew A20’s. Is now a pleasant walk with a few reminders scattered in the woods.
Oh, and here’s something the wife made at 23:30 ish… the kids were in bed!
very very nice, I love the first shot!!
When I went to my parents for the christmas days I saw this when arriving in the afternoon. It was foggy down low but the sky had no clouds at all, the low sun gave the fog a nice touch.
The colours are abit off due to my camera-settings for day and I think I accidently put in a bit digital zoom
Lovely pics Richy! & Paf.
Great shots fellas! love the one of the stream Richy, nice slow shutter speed:)
Nice shots Richy
Walking the dogs in the woods this afternoon, leaves everywhere.
Nacreous or mother-of-pearl clouds above Norway.
Read more about this phenomenom here.
Just awesome colours!
Very beautiful :w00t:
I want to see this live one day, must be even better
Great pictures, DrAce!
I saw it as well, on my way from Kongsberg to my hometown Tønsberg. The whole sky was blistering in pure rainbow colours!
God damn my camera was down due to cold weather and battery!
It is a very extraordinary phenomenon and very beautiful to look at…
Maybe I can wrap up my own pictures on the cabin this weekend…looooooots of snow…
But later then…
Nice pics yet again DrAce!
