Memorial flight for 9./JG52 Ziegler - volunteers please

Hello. A month ago, a member of the CLOD squadron 9./JG52 passed away. I have been honoured to make a video in his memory, commemorating his passion for flying and to represent our large flight sim community.

Many squadrons have taken part and sent me their contributions. I feel EAF should do the same.

Can as many as possible, please sign up for a memorial flight on Monday 31st August?

My plan is to have a mixed formation of German, British and Italian planes. It is to symbolize the shared love for aviation EAF and our entire flight community has, regardless of what side you are flying.

Please post below all the aircraft you are capable of flying controlled in formation. I would be extremely grateful if we could get every single flyable aircraft in formation, except the Tiger Moth which is too slow.

EDIT: If not many signs up, we will make a simple formation of just 109, Hurricane, 110 and Spitfire. Then another formation of just Hurricanes with EA and EB markings.

Since the deadline is fast approaching, I can host this any day after this coming Sunday. If Monday 31st is not good, what about Tuesday, everyone?

I’m in for Monday/Thursday, and in my opinion i suggest only Allied planes formation, our war side. The use of AI commended is another trick for Balbo Flight… The player and human wingman command his specific plane flight, then the wingman does the climb in the formation…

Regarding mixed planes. Of course we can fly one round with just RAF aircraft, but I also wish to have a mixed flight of RAF, RA and LW.
Nobody else has done this, and it is a great symbol to show that a flight sim community is not split between historical nations, but everyone enjoys flying together.

SInce we will likely be 5-6, we will pick the fighter from each nation: Hurricane, Spitfire, 109, 110 G.50.

I know some from 51 have experience flying 109 or G.50 I hope they are interested in flying them on a second round.

Stuntman, I’ve been messing about with the 109 and 110 for a laugh so if no one else wants to I do not mind flying one or the other.
