Great fun flying - am up for a re-run on Thursday but maybe we should designate a couple of formations and positions so everyone knows where to form? Can always swap places after a few runs but maybe if we said:

First Vic:
Lead: Jimmi
Left Wing: Marsh
Right Wing: Sassem

Second Vic:
etc.

Yes, I will make a tentative roster and plan, so it is more organized. It was great fun but admittedly it was more an EAF social club than a…dead serious commemoration…bad pun I know…

I can’t be in thursday evening, but i’m with marsh about the organisation, as in real flights, you (as the director) must plan accurately all the roster and what to do during the flight BEFORE the flight, otherwise it will a bit of a radio/formation chaos.
