… And to inaugurate the new CoD forum :D, I want to propose here, the same “census” recently held among the EAF51 mates.
The purpose is to provide answer to this simple question… how many of us are ready for CoD?
If you will grant me the courtesy of an answer to the questions here below, at the the end, we will be able to figure out how fast the CoD-mania is spreading among us.
1) Is your PC fast enough to run COD? - Yes / No 2) Do you have a copy of - CoD? Yes / No 3) Have you installed it? - Yes / No. 4) Did you configure it? - Yes / No 5) Are you making practice with CoD? - Yes / No
Here below there are the grid filled with the EAF51 replies. I’ll update this list with all your replies and names.
Once you get your head around all the engine management stuff, which I’m still learning, you can actually start to fight and for me its the most realistic and best flying so far. With the last patch it works fine for, with stuff turned down.
Still blowing engines in DF and missing everything but its superb fun, especially with others online.
Thanks Meako. The game has improved a lot with the pacth 1.5… and lot has to be done. Today I re-downloaded RoF. I found it excellent, not much to do with its first release, I’m sure the same will happen with CoD… just matter of time.
Thanks Osprey, I see your point, RoF is excellent, and very intersting now that there is FEWS… may be not now, but I think I’ll fly RoF too. There is one thing I did not understand: Must buy the DVD, or just register the downladable demo and then buy eirplanes, separately?
