What the future holds. DCS (Digital Combat Series)

As most of you probably know, Digital Combat Series is being made by the same people who made LO-MAC.

The first title they are working on is “Black Shark” (drool), but Matt Wagner has outlined their plans, some highlights:

As for what happens after Black Shark, the team has several aircraft modules currently in development (this could include development of 6 DOF cockpits, avionics or flight dynamics). While the A-10A Suite 2 module will still likely follow the Black Shark, the following aircraft are also now planned for DCS in development at one stage or another:

1- A-10A Suite 2 (latest version of A-10A in active use)
2- A-10C Suite 3 (we now have permission from the USAF to develop an entertainment version of the simulation we developed for them. We are very happy and excited about this).
3- AH-64A Blk. 49A
4- Su-27
5- F-15C
6- Mi-24V
7- F-16C
8- MiG-29A

Go to SimHQ and check the video there.

Incredible.

The picture of the Kamov against the forest was the best surprise I have had in the sim world since the IL2 beta.

LOL the screenshots looks like a mix of OFP and ArmA!:roflmao:

Well I don’t bother the graphics…its the core and the gameplay that counts…and finally a helicopter sim…

It is their second vidio and the avionics and sim part look really good to me
But I usually miss the dynamic campagns that you see in EECH and Falcon 4 :frowning:
Since the guys at SimHQ quite good at the things they write about I think that the flightmodel is quite good.
