Wart Hunder anyone?

Hello gents.
Hope all is well with you. I miss the good ole days of flying. But I can’t change the time zones unfortunately. So instead I play when I have time during mid day Euro time. I have been lucky to find Baz and Stuntman online during the day… We have been trying out RoF and WarThndr.
It’s hard to admit, but I have found WT quite entertaining. It’s better of course when I fly with my EAF wingmen. It’s good fun for me and I get to keep my ACM skills sharp. Yes they apply to WT as well. So if anyone wants to join just sign onto TS and fly with us… The game is free so no expenditures needed. Small maps quick action… Some limits to the game with regard to participants… Stuntman can explain in detail, since he is the guru of WT…

Hope to see some more EAF pilots… By the way! There are usually 30000-45000 players online. Quite the community… If EAF shows up in numbers, perhaps we can cause some interest in our squadron? Just a thought.

Cheers,
Apollo

Will watch out for you online Apollo!

Great Flash!

I keep reading the thread title as Wart Hunter and wonder what it is (though I’m not really sure I want to know!). :roflmao:

The Wart Hunter!! LOL!!

I finally got it working yesterday, thanks to Stunt & Baz.

I’ve got to admit though; I’m finding the tank battles extremely addictive. :stuck_out_tongue: (even if I am running around in a little T-26)

I’m addicted to tank battles alright, but not in the PC but in the tablet. World of Tanks Blitz makes a great entertainment in the long commuting every day…and yes, sometimes at bed too

Then you shouldn’t have any problem to join us in high resolution on your bigger PC monitor.

Besides, it has a complex compartment and penetration system. None of the hit point system that WoT messes around with.

I know, I have used both in PC, but for 3 consecutive times I waited 10 minutes to find a tank Simulator battle in War thunder.

For a tablet WoTanks is fantastic, but in a PC absolutely, I would always go for War Thunder…when they have enough players for simulation battles.

You’re always welcome to join us. Me, Baz, Apollo, Flash and now Charlie are playing War Thunder more regularly during the week and weekends, both aircraft and tanks.

Thanks to Baz, Charlie and Stuntman I’m able to still feel as part of the EAF since I’m unable to join the SEOW and the Monday, Thursday night sessions.
I’m completely useless as a TO now since I really don’t have anything to teach these guys anymore. They have all gotten very solid and know their tactics well.

Cheers and thanks for flying with me gents.

S!

You’re very welcome Apollo, although I always feel like I’m learning when I’m flying on your wing.

Looking forward to flying with you again soon.

EAF19_Baz

Its always a pleasure Apollo.

Now get in a WT tank so I can give you a slap. :stuck_out_tongue:

Do you mean a tank slapper?

Just curious, do you fellas still fly ROF during those hours?

I am really not into WT, BF4 entertain me much more when I shoot for some arcade fast fun.

But ROF on the other hand I would love to join in, starting tomorrow if all goes well since I really missed some flying (to the point where I hooked up with some real pilots and scheduled some really scary stunt flying with the one of the instructors, something they use to test potential of future military pilots, hope I will man up and endure it all :)).

ROF is always an option. It’s been a while, but I enjoyed flying it with you and the guys.
Unfortunately summer leave is over and family life has taken over, lol. So I’m not as available as when the family was away.
