The best I can come up with is jagd v??? schule - but, what would the V stand for?
What was the context of that clip?

It is a badge off a trainer i am skinning.
It is definatly a training unit based at Vienna-Schwechat

It was the name used by Special Units, like JV44, wasn’t it?

JV = Jagdverband
JVFS= Jagdfliegervorschule
JFS= Jagdfliegerschule
In Wien-Schwechat were following Trainingunits stationed:
39-41 JFS 5
41-42 JVFS 3 planes: Ar 96, Bf 109, Fw 56 a NA-57
So it seems JVFS 3 is the one you are searching for, because there is no unit called JVS in the german Luftwaffe, as far as I know.
