Sparks: “Hey Dad”

Dad: Ja?!

Sparks: “Do you think there is people on other planets?”

Dad: “I don’t know Sparks, but I guess I’d say, if it is just us, it seems like an awful waste of space.”

Im currently reading “Endymion” by Dan Simmons…not nearly as good as the fantastic “Hyperion” but has some good reading on it

Nepe, Sparks is the very young girl in the movie “Contact”. Its in the very beginning of the film. She is very much interested into cosmology then already and wireless operating “CQ, CQ”… her father is very much supporting her interests … presenting a Telescope and how to work best with the radio station. Sparks: she was called Fünckchen in the German synchronization. The main actor in this movie is Jodie Foster and Fünckchen is Jodie Foster as little girl played by another character, Jena Malone as young Ellie. Novel and story by Carl Sagan.

Contact

I read alot of SF paperbacks some long time ago Nepe, but not in the moment…got them presented by a friend of my sister…

Hyperion was okay, it was severely let down by the fact thats it’s only half a book…

But I read alot of sci-fi and fantasy

My booklist (almost complete):
