The original Il2

I installed it after a long time again to look how it was in the beginning.
And first thing i mentioned was the sound! Wow, why didnt they stay at this sound!? To fly the 109 with its whisteling engine is a great feeling.:smiley:

And my FPS are high again :roflmao:

For me with my lowend soundsystem the old original il2 sound is much better!
I would love to have it back again.

I have to look if i can see some more things which were lost after all these versions and patches… :wink:

What do you miss from original Il2?

Not much really, might just be that I’ve forgotten a lot. :roflmao:
Well, it was easier to spot other planes for a while, since then visibility have become both worse and better, changing a little now and then with patches. I’m pretty satisfied with the current situation though.
