At the moment I have severe disturbances here, probably due to a faulty DNS at my ISP, seems like the only adresses it can resolve is www.umu.se and www.riksnet.se (the later my ISP). For some strange reason it can resolve mail.europeanaf.org but not www.europeanaf.org.
I have no idea when it will be fixed, but if you can read this it have probably been fixed, or you are not affected for some reason…
I retract the claim it had anything to do with my ISP, it’s actually the small router I have here that is the problem, when I bypass it everything works like it should. Guess it’s time to go find a replacement!
I should have said that it was the switch that was the problem, and I suspect it’s the same in yesterdays downtime. (I stupidly forgot to bypass the server after the weekend.) Will buy a new switch that I hope will have arrived by friday when I’m back in Umeå again.
Now I (most probably) know what happened yesterday, they cut a opto-cable while digging not far from my apartment. While it works now there might be some more interference when they fix it, but hopefully it should be up ok.
