Team Speak 2 and Windows 7

Greetings,

I am running WIn 7 64 bit and I have dl TS2. I can connect to EAF server and hear other people speaking, I can transmit but no one can hear me.

I have played around with settings and searched online, but without success.

Has anyone had similar issues / know how to fix?

Many thanks

Jonah.

Sounds like the problem I had. Open TS and go to Settings - Options, and on Sound Devices make sure you have your mic selected on Input Device.
That hopefully fixes it.

After much tinkering - I think I have it sorted - will test with Zulu later.

Thank you!

check you have selected right sound card into TS or audio cotrol pannel

~S~
At the bottom of sound settings you will see this

“Activate local test mode”

Click on this this then speak into your mic you should hear yourself speaking

Hope this helps:)

Good point Red, just going to highlight that very important advice

Cheers Redundant,

I can now hear myself speak but yet to try comms with any EAFers, logging periodically to check.

Hopefully flight testing new rig this evening.

Cheers,
