hello everybody, I was thinking about some period of cooperation flying on syndicate server…as we’re flying campaing on mondays, I think it would be good also to do some flying online against human pilots and improve the name of EAF in Rise of Flight comunity…I found this thread on RoF forum:

I’m aiming to get online tonight.
Although the last few times I tried Syndicate it was using the Channel map, which I don’t own.
I’ll eventually get it, but I’m in no rush.
Brigs, I understand, so I asked on Syndicate forum about some schedule, because I was looking for it, but couldn’t find it. First I was guessing the time of map rotation by checking stats here http://www.stats.syndicatesquadron.org/missions/ but there is question of friday and weekend, it can change everything…
so I would recomend to meet on TS, you pick the time, I’m available anytime and we’ll see…If there will be channel map, we can fly somewhere else like LaFlotille etc.

It’d be good to get on Syndicate if we can (makes our stats look better) but I’m good for any server available.

Hello people, I want to post a report of my last flight on syndicate.
I was flying S.E.5 over front near Dunkerque(channel map), 18 players online, lone wolf patrol as usually, climbed to 8000ft, then I saw allied balloon pulling down, I noticed some AAA, I headed there reducing my altitude, spotted lonely albatros trying to get balloon, from first sight it was some novice because he was missing balloon with his shots and he went teribly low so I just waited for the right moment and I surprised him from above with short burst to the left wing. Sudenly another S.E.5 appeared and made another slash attack while I was turning to get other shot. S.E.5 missed his shots and attracted albey on his tail, so I took advantage and fired long burst on enemy missing most of rounds but I scared him so much, he made sharp turn and broke his damaged wing…went down in 2 seconds…that second S.E.5 was “Fredgreen”, he waved me with his pilot from close formation and broke away…that was one of the most beautiful spontaneous cooperations I’ve ever seen online.
After this engagement I continued on my patrol between two balloons, gaining altitude, after 5 minutes of flight I spotted R.E.8 returning from frontline dragging enemy albatross far behind, so I dived down to help him out. Albatros pilot was so focused on his target so he didn’t see me comming so I had enought time to prepare my attack position, I opened fire hitting his radiator, white trail appeared and he dropped down in split-s wich I didn’t follow to save my energy. I made couple of turns above him trying to get better position, made split-s and attacked him, but he broke hard so I didn’t get any hits on him, instead I lost my advantage and when I leveled my plane he sprayed me from distance with bullets hitting my pilot. Fortunately I had enought airspeed and altitude to get away from him. My sight from wound was so bad I couldn’t see if he follows me so I flew approx. 5 min. straight on full throttle to be sure I’m far enought to attempt emergency landing on the field. Just seconds after I touched the ground and lowered my tail to stop the plane, the note in the chat window appeared “WW1EAF_Jojko shot down Pirol”. One lucky flight it was 
To calm my nerves I took Felixstowe in next flight and sank 3 ships using bombs and recoilless gun. It was 1,5 hour long relaxing flight on beautifully detailed plane, until enemy fighter(probably albatros) appeared and killed one of my two poor engines so I ditched in the sea letting him score a kill (but not my virtual life, I was healthy and fine)
The last mission I made this evening was scramble on enemy plane closing to train objective. I took my good old S.E.5, climbed to 5000ft and I noticed flak spots. I headed there diving down from 5000 to 2000ft, there were two planes attacking train. Dr.1 and albatros. When I got closer, they spotted me and started to climb wich I didn’t allow and I made a combination of vertical attacks to push both of them down but didn’t fire a shot on them. After couple of minutes a Pup appeared and fearlessly messed into the battle. I used the situation and made some good hits on Dr.1 while Pup was keeping albatros away from me. I broke away from Dr.1 and boosted my airspeed to regain advantage back. Then I turned back and joined dogfight between pup and albatros, but I made combination of mistakes and wrong turns so I lost energy and albatros started to overturn me. Because I was too low to run away, I decided to turn with albatros to the limits of the S.E.5 and I stalled the plane, recovering it just inches from the gound and I dropped it on the back, surviving without scratch crashed but lived…
afer that I noticed that the Dr.1 I hit with my burst was confirmed as a kill to me.
I was so happy and pumped with adrenaline so I had to leave the game and write this report. I think today I was very lucky, but most of all, I noticed that my skills and self confidence in S.E.5 are greatly improved.
My final stats from this flight are 3-starts, 3-air kills, 9-ground kills, 2-crashlanded, killed-0 :bootyshk:

For me surviving is more important than kills. So well done there too.

bad thing about me and campaign is, that 1.7. and 8.7. I will not be able to fly with you…but 15, 22, 29 I’m back in!!!
