Spitfire - Glass and Reflection Mod

To everybody that think the armoured glass in the spit is too green, this is a mod I found that is also working multiplayer with integrity check activated.

extract the 2 files

SpitfireIX_CPT_GLASS_DIFF_FILTR.dds (this is for canopy reflection)
SpitfireIX_CPT_GLASS_DIFF.dds (this is the armored glass)

then navigate to the folder “DCS World\Mods\aircraft\SpitfireLFMkIX\Cockpit\Textures” and make a copy of Cockpit_Spitfire_LFMkIX_Textures.zip (this is if you want to revert back)

then add the 2 files to Cockpit_Spitfire_LFMkIX_Textures.zip or just the one that you want to replace

that’s it… now you can also enter the servers with IC enabled without any problem (till next update maybe we need to check again)

P.S.
I don’t know why the forum change the word textures to texture s (with a space) - textures is right

after some experiments I found that the server with I.C. enabled sometimes will ban you after connected

Swoop, have you downloaded the zip file with 2 files inside? I edited my post because I linked another mod that didn’t worked with the servers with IC enabled, and had 3 files inside

Tried this last night and failed integrity test. ( the little green shield was red )

Will have another go later, just in case I made an ass of it

bad news, the mod isn’t working when the server have I.C. enabled, the shield can be green, but when you connect to the server then you’ll be kicked

A new version for the Gunsight of the Spitfire. Its seems to work also with integrity check.
