It’s good that J2 Adam resisted the urge to shoot him down.
I had a similar experience last night.
Engine gone and gliding back to the ground a Pfalz pops up on my 6, closes in for the kill but then pulls up beside me, gave me a thumbs up and followed me to the ground before heading back to his lines.
I like that. I was already a stat for the pilot that killed my engine. No need to end my v life so cheaply.
It’s good to see that chivalry lives on into the virtual war. 
chivalry is thing I appreciate more than counting score…because result of this behavior is pure joy of both players and you will remember name of gentleman who let you survive another day… I posted this video also on facebook RoF group with theese words “everything is possible in RoF, especially when pilots respect each other and let wounded opponent go for landing…unfortunately just few pilots on syndicate have enought moral to do that… try to think about it” and lots of people started react…
