RAF Cosford Harsh Light and Rain !

My take from tricky Cosford 2010

[

Everyone did their best, but special mention for the RAF Falcons who hit the X’s with such precision.

and the Breitling Wingwalkers who got airbourne in really foul weather and pulled off a cracking show.

Camera was over exposing, I spent 10 quid on junk food, ran out of fags and was too gay to brave the rain to shoot the Harrier.

Still it was a great day, and Miss D was a real surprise !

thanks for shareing

Nice photos! (Was about to say nice pictures, but realized that some would think I was refering to what I quoted. :p)

No pies than Phil?

That’s the British Lion as skin me thinks on that F16? One Team, One Mission.

Thanks for the pics.

Well the F16 is actually Dutch, though at the airshow they seemed to think it was Belgian.

Do the Dutch have lions ? well if they do they are probably very nice ones.

Didn’t notice the roundels. And yes the Dutch Lion seem to be an ancient historic sign as well, connected to the Royal Dutch Family.

The Lion Of Nassau

A nice collection of photos, Phil. Looks like you had a hard time with the weather indeed. You have got a nice batch out of it though so well persevered

Bentwaters was an equally tricky day light wise. The Breitling team had been with us down there since the day before and the Hunter had been with us since Friday evening. It was a good show and loads of people turned up which was ace as it is a new one on the circuit.

I will post some photos from there at some point.
