There is a new mediterraneum map available in allaircraftarcade, to most of us, 51, it looks pretty good and in any case much, much, better than Italy official map, the donload link is:

Just download it, double click on it, make sure the patch is to the Il2 folder you has the soundmod and let it do installation. The new map is then visible in Il2 editor.
