Anyone with one of these?
Seriously need a new chair and yes, I know that there are lot cheaper on the market, but as I sit at a desk all day and then the same seat when online, I’ve got to go for something good!
So if anyone with experience of DXRacer chairs could let me know their thoughts please?

At the risk of coming across like Mani…have you looked at car seats on eBay? He bought two seats from a Mercedes sports car and fitted them with wheels on a frame so that they were the right height for his desk! Very comfortable and you can sit in it all day…as you can in a decent car. Good levels of support too and fully adjustable!
I’m tempted to do it when I get the attic sorted into my cave! :roflmao:

Because I use my gaming pc and desk as my office pc and desk as well, I’ve got to accommodate both worlds in one set up, otherwise I would just have a separate man cave believe me!!!

the playseat is good!
You get more of a feeling of flying!
N.B. Tir behave different
on the playseat i rest always in the same positon and the 6dof works much better!
at the same time you have to use more force in the abdominal muscles to rise and get closer to the monitor to zoom on instruments.
lower seats allow you to better operate the rudders. (had to adjust) my pedals angle
side mounts are good but not perfect. They are slightlty smaller than the warthog base, so difficult to screw it to have it fixed! Will try to use rubber pads to steady the joy and throttle…
the central joy mount is a disappointment!
it make more difficult to seat and rise.
Also the central tube on m y seat is blocked and can’t be retracted enough, so it’s more clutter around.
(i’m about to build a pillat using Moro porjects!)
my seat can’t be rised so it’s not comfortable when browsing internet on the desk…

I’ve the same throttle and joystick, so once my chair arrives and I settle into it, I’ll take a look at your drawings again and see if it would be worth me making something like this as well.
Currently I have a curved office desk so I’m in fairly good reach of them both with the pedals tucked away underneath the desk.
The chair has to come from the USA, so it’s gonna be about 3 weeks or so I’m told!
