NEW FORUM STRESS TEST
Today i’ve uploaded the Vbullettin forum to the new one (still under testing) www.forum.europeanaf.net
process was long (it took me about 24 hours of work in my spare time over 2 weeks MANY MANY TANKS TO CIRSO FOR INVALUABLE HELP)
so you won’t find recent posts, but all the rest is there.
I was able to import avatars but not signatures…
(to enable signatures i’ll need to install a plugin! do we want them?)
I wasn’t able to import passwords!
so you’ll need to ask a password reset!
Discourse doesn’t allow for blank spaces in names so if your nickname was Jimmi EAF51 now it’s Jimmi_EAF51 with the underscore _
I’ve re-organized forums just a bit. You should have permissions to see all the forums you saw in the past, if it’s not the case pls ask here or ask the group owner!!)
to see reserved forums you need to be part of a group that has access to those forums.
Most important groups are
41wing (swoop is owner of the group)
51stormo (Jimmi adn Cappe)
TO (Starfire and Apollo) I’ve not added TO’s up to you to add them to the group Nick!
Ground Crew (for EAF members not flying actively)
HQ for HQ members
Trainees (group is empty Starfire is group owner to add and remove them ad he see fit)
there are all the old groups
19, 92, 331 squadrons with access to private forums already granted but they should be empty! (we need to add people there if we’ll use them again)

Since you’ll need to set a new password i suggest to use a strong one (expecailly if you’ll admin the site or be part of HW)
