Quite a well-stocked subject, but some people may have read Mr Bergstrom’s other excellent on the Easter Front (which can be pricey). His new book is a re-writing of his [first] 1980s effort in Swedish and had a lot of primary source stuff from Galland, Bader and co who he contacted when writing. Have only just started but so far so good
