As we all know, IL2 patch 4.10m will enable support for Multi throttle in case you have the hardware.
If you cannot wait I just found, and tested, another option.

The author originally made it for Logitech G940.
I tested the final test this morning and it work like a charm on the Thrustmaster Warthog. Just remember to clear the directX axis in IL-2
