Its very easy Pesca. You just need to take out the 4 magnets (2 for each one of the Hall sensors) and glue them in a different position. The only time-consuming task is adjusting the new positions of the magnets so they are centered and the throw of the stick is correct.
A clear improvement. The deadzone was small before, but now is absolute Zero. In takeoff is clearly noticeable, as the force I need for the rotation is much smaller than before.
The other big difference is when you move the 2 axis at the same time, thats is, roll and pitch. The response is much more linear, and this was confirmed with the use of a little free program called JoyTester (very, very useful).
I think I will need to tweak down the sensitivity of the stick curves, as now is much more responsive.
