Many thanks

Gents,

The time has come for me to retire from the EAF fold.
I have PM’ed Swoop in advance of this post with reasons but these are my thoughts on the matter.

I have not flown with you on a regular basis for a long time (before Christmas), those I have flown with are mainly 602, getting along famously with Sporran and seeming to have a good working ethos in the UKDed3 server.

I know this is partly my fault but I could not commit to the SEOW campaign with the work patterns I have and I feel these campaigns are fragmenting EAF due to the demands put out by them.

I will say thank you to all for giving me a chance in EAF, and to the chaps in 19, thanks for the fun we had, especially the IL2 War series.

I will continue to fly on the UKDed3 server so I hope to see you in the virtual skies

~S~

I’m sorry to hear that mate but remamber that you are always welcome!

Mate as you know its very sad to see you go and you will be missed by every1 I feel but im sure to see you in the UK ded 3 room and also in battlefields BC2

Just keep in touch mate you have my email and im sure we will talk on the BFS TS room so just let me know what you are up to and maybe meet up at a air show or museum again sometime. S! mate all the best.

Regards
Kevin.

Sorry to hear that Kris and hope you change your mind when things settle down a bit…

Always welcome to wing up with 602 in UK Ded3 if you are feeling lonely on HL…

Blue skies

Tries four times now but nothing sounds right

I’ve missed you Chris and I hope that maybe we can all fly RoF Friday-nighters or something when things settle down, endless patches and so on, miserable time but all things must pass and then there’ll be SoW. No rush to retire mate that’s a bit formal, most people take gardening leave and get in when they can

battlefields BC2

Nice Zulu, that’s a very good game online. Drop in now and then when an hour to spare, join a team, blow stuff up, drop out. Excellent game modes for the trainee alcoholic. Like me I mean not you

Ming

Sorry to see you go Chris,
I couldnt fly for a long time myself and its not a nice feeling,
but I hope you join our flights from time to time and maybe come back one day.
All the best,
paf

All the best Kris :frowning:

Sorry to be reading this Kris, you have been and will be missed mate.

Hope we can hook up during the coming air show season, then we’ll ply you with beer and enroll you on the new EAF training course :stuck_out_tongue:

All the best mate.

Most of us are better at hallo’s than goodbuy’s.
Nothing have to be final and part of us will always be with your and virsa versa. I wish you clear skies

Sorry to see you go Kris. Keep in touch, ok?

Best of luck mate

your works are very appreciate, and everybody in the IL2 community knows your name very well. Sometime the are distances we can’t easily get through, not many chances to fly together, and language barrier doesn’t help the communication, but it was good to read EAF beside your name. I think you should reconsider, but if you can’t, at least I hope you may keep good remembers of your EAF mates.

Ciao Kristorf :ani_beer:

Cheers gents,
Anyone who wants the odd skin doing give me a shout, and if I can I will try to get one ‘sorted’

Dang Kristorf, &&&(%, I hope we can wing up again once i am back to flying, not for a while yet though.

Salute and all the best in whatever you choose to do, catch you on the bfs servers m8 ~S~

Sporran

Cheers Colin, I look forward to your return.

I am now a syndicated member of [BFs] so I am on there a lot (or BFBC2)
