So after last nights flight I decided to register here…
Thank you for letting me join your wing chaps, it was a pleasure flying with a well organised Squadron.
Looking forward to seeing more of you guys in the skies and hopefully I may be able to join you up there again.
A little about me, my name is Michael and I live in Harrogate (just north of Leeds), I’m a 30 years old accountant and have many hobbies, including snowboarding, reptiles, playing ARMA 3 with the 3 Commando Brigade virtual regiment and of course flying in IL2 Cliffs of Dover.
I play off my work laptop and graphics are not the best, however I am getting smooth frame rates most of the time and am still having fun. I usually connect it to a large TV, when I’m at home I play on a 52" plasma (helps a blind bat like me spot contacts) and when I’m travelling to Newmarket with work I play from a hotel room on a equally large screen.I tried it once on a laptop screen but it was awful. I am eventually looking for a decent desktop rig, but that is going to be some time yet.
Anyway, here is a little about me, thanks again for making me feel welcome last night.
