I’d like to announce the biggest LAN party in existence for military flight sims. It is called the
LowLand Tiger Meet
This year it will be held in Enschede, Holland, for the 14th time in 14 years.
This is a flightsim gathering where organized competitions take place, in an environment where immersion is guaranteed.
The sims used are: DCS World, Falcon BMS, RoF, IL-2:1946, CloD and BoS.

Of course this is quite a trip if you don’t live in Holland, Belgium or Germany; however, the event has seen many participants from as far away as Ukraine, Switzerland and Hungary in the past.
This event has real value for your money. You are all invited to have a look, and of course also to take part.

I watched a few youtube videos from LLTM a while ago and it do looks like real fun. A bit to far away from me unfortunately. I hope you can give us some nice news coverage when you participate. 
Well as it in Enschede and pretty a while ago I last visited LLTM at Lelystad I am really tending to give it a visit

The Event features 2 competitions; a dogfight competition and a pilot skills competition.
The dogfight competition is a 2 vs 2 affair with “standing start” and a knock- out system that is not unlike our ground pounders tournament.
The pilot skills competition consists of 5 or 6 more or less realistic co-op missions flown by 2 pilots per team against AI. The team that accomplishes the highest percentage of targets wins the competition. Per team only 3 mission re- starts can be used.
I just announced that the Macchi 202 will be the pilot’s a/c in one of those missions (see the Facebook page) and I will announce one more a/c type every week from now on.
