Anyone have it and can compare it to the LW planes?
I take it it’s not the La-5FN that we all lovingly remember from IL-2?
I am tempted to get it to battle the nazi invaders of the motherland, but then it have to be worth getting into BoS (felt so much better getting back in the DCS Spitfire cockpit yesterday after having tried to fly the Lagg-3 and IL-2 in BoS)…
I have it, it’s not the FN. It’s ok. Can’t say much more than that as it’s my view of most BoS aircraft.

It has the new engine now. So it can maintain combat power longer without overheating.
The flap turn fighters who know what they’re doing are deadly in it. It had the strong Russia canons that will rip you apart with 2 hits.
Good visibility forward and descent to the rear. It can withstand a lot of battle damage.
It’s a good combat aircraft with lots of engine controls.
