KOREA is back!
SERVER NAME: ---- KOREA! 1952 ----
DISCORD: https://discord.gg/KqpQSSC
SIMPLERADIO: 24.90.76.154
Online now! Hop in anytime for PvP dogfighting & shiny, 1950s action. Bring your friends, and bring your enemies!
The goal of this server is to simulate as closely as possible the experience of a Korean War fighter pilot. I hope to combine the best of both worlds: the detail and immersion of a Single Player Campaign, but in a dynamic, PvP multiplayer environment. Realistic mission tasking is handled completely over your in-cockpit radios, which will provide you with a variety of objectives, even if no other players are currently online.
Teamwork + SimpleRadio are highly recommended for best possible experience. If you are looking for a wingman (in a Sabre, or a MiG) hit up the Discord channel anytime and say hello!

Server Instructions:
Flying a mission is simple, intuitive, and realistic. Turn on your radio, and use your F10. “Other” menu to call the Tower or Ground Control (ensure you are tuned to your desired frequency).
Then simply follow the orders you hear over the radio, just as a real combat pilot would.
See the in-mission briefing for detailed Runway / Mission instructions, and complete list of frequencies.
SERVER FEATURES:
The server does not use the standard DCS ATC system. I have replaced it with a Korean War-era ATC, custom made for the mission, available through your F10 ‘Other’ menu. Please call the Tower before Taxiing or Landing your aircraft.
Occasionally, the tower will make emergency SCRAMBLE calls to alert you of enemy activity or critical missions. If you hear a scramble alarm while starting up, listen for additional instructions from the Tower after take-off [note: you must still follow all traffic instructions during a scramble].
Mission tasking from ground control will direct MiGs to air targets, and Sabres to ground targets. Mark / write down your grid references + vectors-- you may not be able to call GC if you fly out of radio range from the airbase.
Switch to your flight’s Mission frequency for EWR alerts. All alerts are in Bullseye format (BEARING FROM BULLSEYE / RANGE FROM BULLSEYE / TARGET ALTITUDE).
EWR will also attempt to warn you when you are merged with the enemy.
Remember, this is 1950s technology. The information will be accurate, but it may not always be timely, and some bandits may slip through undetected. It is important to maintain effective situational awareness at all times. Do not rely on the EWR to save you.
Each day, the server will change weather conditions. If wind direction changes drastically, the active runway will be changed. Always listen to Control Tower instructions, and use the correct runway for both take-off and landing.
NOTE: Server is brand new and in “open testing” phase for the next week. Weather and mission variety will be added and improved over the next few weeks, once I ensure that the basic mission is working smoothly. If you encounter any bugs, please contact SeaQuark on Discord.
Have fun! I hope to see you in the skies soon.
