Hi mate wonder if you can help?

I am on sky with a netgear 846GT router and for the last 3 days i can get into the setup but its hardwired to sky.
It shows connected but my ADSL settings have no IP or Gateway or DNS info it just says PPPoA and thats it.

I didn’t touch a thing it just stopped working.

At an internet cafe now so will check back later if you have any ideas?

Never mind just got through to sky and i had some stealth packets on my line now clear and stable at 13 Mb capped.

1 hour 27 minutes on hold now thats committment !!!
