I’m going to be in London for some days from 20th November. Would love to take the opportunity to meet & greet anyone here living or staying in the big city during that period.
I’m looking for some hotels/inns/hostels, any good recommendations? It’s a big city and I’m also meeting a friend who lives in the western part, so would be best somewhere in west-London.
I’ll keep you posted but I hope someone have the time to meet up for a beer on such a short notice!
Just some more info.
Sorry I meant south-east not west part of London…
My friend lives in the Blythe Hill area, so any hotels/inns somewhere in that part of south-east London would be the best, but I’d take any recommendation.
I haven’t decided for how long but I think either from wed 20th to monday 25th Nov or to sunday 24th. Depends if anyone here have the time to meet on Sunday only then I’ll stay an extra day.
So any tips on accomadation is greatly apprecaited. A pub too.
Charlie what about your local one? I would like to know how it looks like.
I dont live in London anymore mate. After 45 years of living in the smoke I called it a day and moved down sarf to sunny/pissing wet Bognor Regis.
Brigs is yer man, he still lives in SE London as far as I know and maybe Marsh too?
Hi Stuntman. I used to stay in hotels when I was based in London. But I stayed at Heathrow airport. That is not ideal I know. But I used Premier Inn and Ibis. These hotels are cheaper and of ok standard. The Premier Inn is the better of the two.
