Has anyone tried out rFactor
I’m thinking about trying it out for the GP79 mod
It’s a downloadable game with a one month trial
rFactor is supposed to be pretty good but it is so moddable it can cause lots of issues if you intend any online racing with so many different versions of the same mods, it can be very frustrating i hear.
Have you tried GTR2?
I’ve got the demo, was on it last night. It’s basically GTL on steriods. I’m not convinced my driving skills are up to it though. I spent a lot of time panic braking on the entrance to corners, even on simple settings.
I think I much prefer barging Majiks Bathtub of of Monza’s short circuit 
I downloaded rFactor last night aswell. It is very very similar to GTL/GTR wouldn’t suprise me to find out it’s the same engine. I can see there might be issues online…but I like some of the Mods for it out there…one that caught my eye was the VW beachbuggies…that could be fun, racing over sand dunes.
Nice conversion for GTR2 of Monaco '79, originally made for the rFactor 1979 mod, looks fantastic and runs nice and smooth even on my older system.
Great fun using the GT2/3 cars in GTR2 and should work fine also in GTL but without the extra bells, whistles and eye candy.
