Perhaps we could take Flyboys plane footage, stick in a little label after that bit saying something like “Later that century…” and then paste in the Pearl harbour plane footage (excluding the "You shagged my missus, but it’s okay, so you can you do her as often as you like if you father my kid when he’s born… Dolittle death scene). At the end, put a disclaimer saying that there were other nations involved in the war.
America is a great nation because they can always arrive late to a war after they’ve decided who the winner will be. Then they can use their huge movie making industry to warp history claiming poetic licence. I’ll make no bones about it, it pisses me right off!!!
