As requested from HQ some change had been applied to our servers pool.

  • Changed name of Server Alpha
    New name: EAF51 Training Server A WWII / WW2 EU

  • Changed name of Server Bravo
    New name: EAF51 Training Server B WWII / WW2 EU Fortress Europe Public
    This server has been made public (no password) and the Reflected mission has been uploaded

  • Changed name of Server Charlie
    New name: EAF51 Testing Server C

New Server, Charlie, with modern modules, including the latest released, the MB339 (in the two variants).
At the moment is a work in progress, more aircraft will be added.
Dynamic weather should be active (I set it but working from my laptop and with no possibility to launch the mission to see if it work from cockpit (only from map to see if it start or not).
So check it and report.
Repeat, is work in progress, just edit and uploaded in 5 minutes cause our supreme commander was breaking my balls :rofl:
Next time carrier aircrafts and carrier groups will be added and from there there will be put in a set of missions.

As reported on other channels, decision has been made to not renew server subscription at the moment.
Thus, machine at address 94.130.35.179 will be shut down in the next hours, together with our multiplayer DCS Servers.

I’ve saved all relevant data as a backup, which is on my machine at the moment.
This includes:

  • Whole “dcs_openbeta” subfolders in Saved Games folder, including missions, logs and scripts
  • Our Tacview server license data
  • A small txt document describing our server ports configuration, in case of future need

We should put such backups in a shared space to avoid it being lost in case of machine failure, formats, etc…
@EAF51_Cappe, @Jimmi_EAF51, you have some idea?

i think mikke server or the digital ocean droplet hosting the forum could be solutions.

also Starfire server could help!
