Here’s some of mine
Stunning shots Phil, you would think you where right up along side them, particularly like the one of the Spit and Mustang heading up through the clouds
Good shutter speed to catch the props and good panning,
What Camera and lens?
Stevie
Thanks for the comments.
Its a Canon 50D with a 100 400L IS USM on it.
I find 1/160 th is a good shutter speed for prop blur.
Nice pics Phil!
Fantastic mate…love em!
Great series of shots, Phil. I really like the Meteor climbing - we didn’t get any decent light on it at the east end of the field.
Shame we missed out on meeting up again lol!
1/160 is a bit brave to be on in those blustery conditions
Thanks James, I’ll look forward to seeing yours.
Next time i’ll come away from the clutches of the tank bank and hike it to the control tower end.
We always end up miles from each other
if you get a chance, thank Carolyn for looking right into my lens as she returned the wave.
Maybe if you come to one of the 2 day shows we will manage to meet in the morning of the second day (if you stay locally).
I will point out the shot to CG and pass on your thanks, it is a great shot.
Hmmmm
Walking a distance
Getting up in the morning
I see a future filled with difficult challenges…
You’ll have me running up stairs next !
(Just jesting, yeah staying local is a good idea, its a heck of a drive from Yorkshire)
