That was writen from a Dutch Author about thier experience of the Liberation of Arnhem in operation Market Garden? I just finished two books from Authors of 101st Airborne and both were impressed by the Dutch and there gratfullness and willingness to help the the Allies liberating them. I would like to read something from thier view point of the Ocupancy of the Germans and the Liberation by the Allies. I wont write what was said about liberating Normandy…
The only book I know about Operation market garden is “A bridge too far” by Cornelius Ryan (but he is not a Dutch). There is also a good movie based on that book.
Same story another movie, named “Theirs is the glory - Men of Arnheim”

In my opinion this is quite interesting, as it was taken in 1946, when the fact were quite recent, using a lot of original footage.
