Is anyone up for flying in DCS World (1.5) on Thursday evening? I’d like to fly the F-86/P-51D with someone on a decent server (if anyone has any preferences - I don’t know what’s good and what’s not). I realise we’ll be a pretty easy taget for an Su27 or Mig-29 but I’m up for some ground attack missions and hoping to evade contacts unless we get up close and personal…in which case the six 0.50’s might come in handy!
I thought it might also make a change from ATAG.

Beware from my brief experience the 109 on a 1on1 eats easy the p51 outrunning and out climbing the pony!
I might be up for some DCS, I’m total crap in it, but can be fun nonetheless. 
Oh, I’m rubbish in it…so no worries there! Would just like to try it out with some others. You never know it might kickstart some more interest in it

I’ll see if I can get online tonight, it may be possible…but if I do then I probably can’t be on tomorrow!

I know i have to edit it a bit more, but we are on the right direction
I tried for 30 minutes or something to get the engine started to fly with Pax online, without luck. :cussing:
It worked last time I tried online, but this time it was hopeless.
Flying offline with airstart worked smoothly (unlike my flying, I kept dropping a wing as soon as I started to manouver in both the P-51 and the 190). Well, at least until I started talking on TS and my send button also opened a info screen all over my cockpit. :roflmao: I have now sorted that in the P-51, 190 and Sabre (IIRC)…
Had a long fight in the 190 against a P-51. Apart from the dropping wing syndrome, it also feels like it’s really dumping speed with anything over the slightest manouvers, then again, the P-51 does the same. In the end I managed to land enough hits on the P-51 for it to start smoking and more or less give up. Of course I then ram it with my 190. :w00t:
