Pretty much what I posted up in HQ asking for his promotion up to a F/O ~

Zulu in the last year has really grown as a pilot. He regularly takes on the less glamorous jobs in war mission and does them well, but has also proven to a fine fighter pilot, being top in a couple of wars now. He has started to help me more in training trainees and always willing to help and links up with other EAF pilots during the week.

All in all he is a fine example of the right stuff we have in the EAF.
