As my GPU lost one of its fan and I was looking for a good bargain, there is a Norwegian net store that sells Nvidia GTX 780 - MSI Ligtning Overclocked for 332 euros, including norwegian tax and shipping - to a Norwegian adress at least.
If you are looking for a new card, I could order one for you.
I’m not sure if you can select a adress outside Norway, so I presume it needs to be shipped to me first, then I must ship it to you.
So costs will at least be 332 euros + whatever shipping to your country will be.
I’m waiting for mine now, so can’t tell how it performs yet, but I think BANZAI has the same card.

I’ve noticed that my very old GTX580 still runs IL2 BOS on ultra with 1920x1200. Did not notice any big FPS hits when over Salingrad (that must me most demanding part of that game).
However, did not play MP yet. If in MP game starts to stutter, then I will sure think about new 9xx series.
I was thinking about new GFX for a long while now, just can’t find good reason for it yet when every game runs normal with FPS locked at 60 @ my screen resolution. Well in BOS over Stalingrad when i get more then 3 big smoke pillars in view, i get frame drop to 40ish but very shortly. Other then there, it’s always steady 60 where vsync caps it. Also every other game I play run smooth (BF4, Elite Dangerous, ROF and some single players I’ve run just for test).
Really hard to justify getting new card when change of CPU solved all game performance issues I’ve had with my old Q9550 CPU.
Not really big surprise when we consider all sims are still DX9 games, and even 3-4 year old top GPU cards can run DX11 and better lightning rendering then we’re getting. Shame really, no idea why they insist on DX9 for genre that is already PC exclusive by default.
Those of you playing on higher resolutions or three monitors setups probably need the upgrade, but anyone with single fullHD monitor should not have any issues with BOS. Looks a lot better, but not that much more demanding then ROF on my system. Just make sure you got strong CPU to handle AI, seems like same old demanding one from ROF
