On top of that you can add any collector plane for £11.99 (only when buying BoM)
I have now boiled my options down to six 
- BoM Std $25 (lets me use Mig-3 but not P40 in early war servers but have PE2 & IL2 for ground attack)
- BoM Std + P40 $37 (cheaper than premium if I dont want to fly axis)
3 . BoM std +Yak1-1B $37 (no P40 but I still have the Mig-3 and PE2 plus best fighter in late war)
- BoM Prem (inc P40) $40
- BoM Std + P40 + Yak $49 (cheaper than Prem+Yak if I don’t want to fly axis)
- BoM Prem + Yak-1B $52 (all the above plus possibly the best fighter in the game)
