Built by by Douglas at Long Beach under contract for Boeing. Delivered to the U. S. Army on April 7, 1945. Converted to CB-17G staff transport, later to VB-17G. During 1945, operated in the Philippines. Model by Academy originally B17F Memphis Belle modified by me into the B17G named “Fuddy Daddy”.
