EA is now saying you shouldn’t use the 1.01 patch, as it has a memory leak bug. They’re working on a fix to the 1.01 patch.

I will re-install BF2 then - and I am also downloading the Win32 Unranked Server too at 670K/sec from your link thanks :slight_smile:

Maybe we can do coop missions for practicing squad tactics - I will try to set the server up soon

8 megabits = 1 megabyte

1MB does not equal 0.612MB. But it is up to yes so no lawsuit :slight_smile:

Haven’t seen it mentioned on here. BF2 patch 1.0.2 is out.

This latest patch 1.02 makes the servers bit work fine now. No zero pings. I’ve only quickly checked that I could join one but it looks ok to me
