Very nicely made, I was deeply impressed by the game’s visuals here. I hope its frame stability is anywhere close to this during gameplay though with many players in the air.
This game could be a good machinima platform! Nonetheless, personally I would have picked another song and a story added to the obvious showcase style of the trailer. I can think of plenty others soundtracks and visual styles that would suit more to what I think is a more emotional and important atmosphere surrounding Stalingrad. One that would suit us aviation and history enthusiasts better, and not just the ‘Hollywood’ or action fans.
Perhaps I will make such in the future. :rolleyes:
To suit the history enthusiast better, the FW190 should have been left out in favor of aircraft that did fly over Stalingrad. Not a single FW was ever near the town. IMHO 777 have wasted valuable time that could have been spent on something historically correct.
But the 190 is a seller. Also I bet we will get an Addon that saw use of the Fw190.
I can understand theri way, but I would have preferred something for the historical layout too.
Got some stick time in this on Sunday.
Very v impressed with way it evolving - the volumetric smoke and brutal fire effects really do look smashing.
Only downside I can see is eyestrain from trying to spot tiny dots on white background.
