dont worry…, it happened to me in the begining as well ehhe…
Now I have learned too refuel and ask for external electric power.
It took me the rest of the evening.
I gave orders into a radio that where never on the right channel. I waited for trucks that never came becourse they are not animated. Found out that the door needs to be open when you talk to the ground crew if our are not on the right channel.
