I noticed in some Training Videos, a nice 3D revolving view or your aircraft, while arming it.
I never get that, just a plain side view…
Is it setting-dependent, or PC performance-related? 
Click the mouse next to the aircraft.
The model then rotates towards where you clicked.
Click on the aircraft in the viewer, you can manipulate it to any view you want then by holding down the right mouse button.
