I’ve always had a copy of Tailspins Aircraft specs for info on when to change Supercharger and mixture settings etc. I’ve just found an updated(ish) version which I’ve linked to below. Its doesn’t have all the latest flyables but is, nevertheless, a valuable resource for the Eastern Front a/c types.

i use it to estimate fuel % to load
