ACG Cold War Server

Hi all,

Flew on my own in DCS last night - wanted to get the Rift back into action and fancied some helicopter flying. Went on the ACG Cold War Jets server and flew the Gazelle. Had a blast, nap of the earth flying, lots of terrain masking and dodging around buildings in the city taking out T-72s. Had a great time. Do we have much interest in the helicopters from EAF, because I have to say that I am really enjoying them - maybe even more than the fixed wing aircraft. The experience is very different and they are really well modelled.

I now have all of the helicopter modules. I’ve not had much chance to fly the Mi8 much, but it is a beast that packs quite a punch!

Really wondering whether everything has to be about WW2 or whether we can be a bit more open to other avenues. It may help to recruit new players in DCS, possibly.

I’m willing to give it a go.
Sounds like fun.

Not that I am flying a lot…

But the Ka50 is One of my favourite DCS modules.
Spent long hours just to make that **** start…

bought the Ka50 a month ago and I LOVE IT!

The Ka-50 was where I really started in DCS. That was something like 2012. I still like it, but I just got a bit bored of it. Too much of the flying was automated. The Gazelle is very hands on and needs attention
