Guess who got sent to work here today?
Yep me…and all of my work colleagues in the area trying to drag these poor souls & their cars out of a flood caused by a combination of the heaviest rain I have ever seen and a blocked river drain.
Ive never witnessed flood damage like this before…truly unbelievable. I felt so sorry and helpless for the people who live here and have had their homes wrecked and nearly all of them now dont have a car, most of which all lived in the same street.
Just hope the weather breaks soon but Thursday is meant to be worse according to weather reports
