Anyone got it and flying it and would you recommend it, im tempted to get it ?
£50 is too much IMO. I have OFF P2 and have enjoyed that.
But there are a lot of things in the CFS3 engine that make it less than a good product. I’ve seen that they say they have improved some of the issues in OFF3 but I have my doubts things are much better. I’ve also seen some negative posts on the product. You wont see much on the official forum, say anything negative there and you’ll be flamed.
I support what they are trying to do, but they are asking a lot of money for an addon for the outdated CFS3 engine. Especially when ROF is just around the corner

I have to steel myself to install MS stuff and it never stays on for long
20 quid maybe, or alternatively 80 quid for RoF it looks that good

I never liked CFS3 very much anyway, too buggy. But, yes, £50 is seriously pushing it.
Unfortunately, Ive heard ROF is Steam download only which means I wont be able to get it, even though it looks good.
Why’s that Peace, Steam is pretty good IMO

So far all looks well, I’ll let you know when I have had a chance to test out my theory…but I did manage a quick trip over the front and lost sight of my squad, so I pushed on alone and found two old types { hell knows what they were, so I escorted them to the target}…just as they were leaving I looked behind and 5 Albatross’s VII’s dropped on my ass…end result was me crashing and being taken prisoner!!
I have managed to tweak the settings to get good framerates etc, so if anyone wants to know…I’ll be in touch!
