Keep forgetting to mention to you Sporran that we have a radio-controlled scale model of a Spitfire here, petrol-driven. Quite large too, hanging in the hall about let-me-check 4ft 10 inches wingspan
I’m annoyed with myself because along with this (Tetbury antique shop purchased - built by someone well into planes) Spifire there were more beautiful biplanes, Sopwith Pup and German WW1 planes

I haven’t looked at it from the modeller’s point of view, just hung it up and made Merlin noises. It’s got working control surfaces and looks nice up high
