I’ve heared that is like FPS not a sim as I’ve told!
Me = not surprised.
Does it have the type of world that the real OFP had (and ARMA have)?
Got mine today, will have a go tonight

Roger, let us know how you like it!
A friend of mine says it is a console port
But it is still one shot, one kill!
I am looking forward to try the demo.
Right, I had a quick go and the first impressions “I do like it”. Tried the first single mission to take out the radar station. Squad of 4, you, as the leader can issue orders by pressing the “Q” button. These vary a lot from giving fire orders to movement orders (flanking) etc. I destroyed the radar site after a swift fire fight and was engaged again from the village. Since the radar was disabled you are able to call in fire support like air strikes/Mortar fire and artillery. Artillery was my call, nice to watch impressive explosions.
It is like Call of duty graphic wise but not as scripted… you can’t go everywhere in COD you get stopped by the invisible walls, in this it seems you can go anywhere. You can play the campaign online as well as a squad which would be good to try out.
Will report more soon

Thanks Splash sounding good

If you liked the first one, it is well worth it but don’t quote me on it.
Here is a review done at Sim HQ

I am enjoying it so far.
I heard they made the pc and console versions seperatley, its very sim like for me so far.
On the harder difficutly take a round in the chest and thats it, mission over, take one in the leg though and your movement is slowed.
AI enemy seem quite smart, for example, if you stay put they try and out flank you.
The command function is easier now, like Splash said just hit ‘q’ to bring up the quick command box you can then order movement, attack options, suppressive fire to an area etc etc…calling in an arty strike is cool…
The game world is totally open, jump in an abandoned vehicle and drive round anywhere, watch out for enemy check points though!
Some nice blood splatter if you get into a close quarters battle with the enemy, or through a scoped weapon…
Anyone fancies an online coop, give me a shout.
The game world is totally open, jump in an abandoned vehicle and drive round anywhere, watch out for enemy check points though!
Ok that’s it I’m getting it for my birthday

finished graphics engine is good but mission editor is complex
cool the tactics with AI but sometime are supid and need to force it with order “reach fast posiotn” expecially near the buldings the game was made for console
