Normandy 42 DCG using 4.12

Bugger you did fly another mission afterwards, thought it was getting to late for you. Put me in the good books with the missus anyway

Canā€™t make this Thursday and working lates next week but hope to about for just after 9 if your flying.

We wanted to give some back to Jackā€¦didnā€™t quite work out that way

Hi guys,

Again nice missions last night:)
I have a question. Is there any chance to organize two different TS channels for next training? Our conversational english doesn`t allow us to use it in combat properly, so we have to speak serbian, and if we are on two channels we will avoid confusion in combat. Our two flights will coordinate by whisper.
If not, we could maybe use 102nd TS for training?

Cheers
Mornar

Good idea, Mornar.

Letā€™s use the 102nd TS as that is what we are more used to in the SEOW.

We usually use channel ā€œFlight Iā€. What channel would you use so we can set up whispers?

Well, any channel is good for us. Maybe channel H, to be close to each other

Sounds good.

Next flying night will be Mon 12 at 9pm BST. No flying for me on Thu planned unless I get a break from work.

Roger that!

Hi, guys!

Is there a mission tonight?

There is, Mornar, 9pm start but Iā€™ll be in HL from about 8.30pm warming up.

Hope to see you all there.

OK, mate

I`ll ā€œsound the alarmā€ on our Forum. We had a squadron meeting this weekend, but I hope the men managed to sober up till now.
So, just for confirmationā€¦we use 102nd TS tonight, right?

Yes, your TS, thanks.

It seems our TS server is down.:frowning: So we have to use yours again, for this evening.

I just couldnā€™t understand how Iā€™d missed Werner, as Iā€™d seen hit flashes on his plane, just found Iā€™d not programmed my guns button to use cannon as the trigger just gave up on my MSFF2 the other week. So I was firing 303, still, just flying in QM the Spitā€™s 303s seem to do barely any damage. Iā€™ll practice more and seeā€¦Cannons now working and they make a BIG different, just not much ammo.

Unlucky with the cannon, Swoop!

Alpha, I had a look at FMB and there were about half a dozen howitzers at target area but all hiding in the towns. Very hard to see. Iā€™ll skip any missions in the future that have beach attacks!

Next mission letā€™s try a defence for team practice. Iā€™ve set it up as only fighters for us and the enemy have more bombers and less fighters, all incoming to home base from different airfields in Normandy.

Scheduled for 9pm BST next Monday 19th August.

Looks like I was picked in the channel and somehow Joe you managed to get back from France, good show  The old fishmanā€™s wife disguise again eh, works every time

Missions as usual tomorrow night, 18th, starting at 9pm BST.

We can try a purely defensive mission for the first then see how we want to go for the second, possibly go for a purely offensive (by not giving the Luftwaffe any bombers to attack out little island).

Should be on for about 20.00 for a warm up

Stevie

Away so catch you on the next one.
