How do I destroy stuff?

In the FMB there is the destruction brush which I know about. There is also a way to place objects and then show them as destroyed but I can’t for the life of me remember how to do it.

Must be an age thing!

Anyone help?

I’m on about destroying single objects as I place them in the FMB though. I’ve done it before but…

You can only do this with the “objects” in the long object list. For a/c and ships not in this list, you can’t do it.

You either right click the object after placement and select “destroy” or go into the drop down menu’s and destroy is in there.

I’d check, but I’m not at my “flying” PC at the minute.

I remembered.

  1. Place an object from the list you described - objects only unfortunately, no ships etc like you say
  2. Select the destruction tool from the menu options
  3. Right click with an object selected and you now have a 3rd option - ‘destroy’
